摘要: Abstract The reported article deals with the synthesis and characterization of rare earth ions doped ceria (RE 3+ :CeO 2 ) nanopowders from citrate nitrate auto-combustion route. crystalline nature lattice planes nanocrystalline RE powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED) profile fit. excited state absorption (ESA) energy transfer up-conversion (ETU) studied photoluminescence (PL) measurement. spectroscopic properties using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) Raman spectroscopy. surface morphology, average size, distribution orientation nanoparticles scanning electron microscopy (SEM) high resolution transmission (HRTEM). size found to be in range 15 30 nm which has good agreement HRTEM results. changes current density increasing sweep scan potential cyclic voltammetry (CV) analysis. specific capacitance earths Er:CeO , Pr:CeO Yr:CeO Nd:CeO calculated as (12.9–86.5), (20–72.4), (80–375) (0.92–4.22) respectively.
