摘要: Morphological sciences have recently experienced a significant technological breakthrough that offers new opportunities for cell and tissue imaging in situ but also raises challenges to pathologists, who must adapt rapidly evolving environment. New partners, such as molecular biologists, provided pathologists with highly powerful tools subcellular imaging. They include: (a) the adaptation of techniques derived from biology cytogenetics, (b) development microscopic tools, confocal microscopy, (c) emergence preparative techniques, microdissection or arrays. However, recent progresses various fields, endoscopy genomics, raise pathologists. Pathologists therefore be prepared redefine their area expertise: this will achieved through continuous collaboration all partners involved analysis by emphasising importance informations situ.
