摘要: Tabanus bivittatus Mats., a traditional Chinese medicine, is commonly used for cardiovascular disorders treatment including atherosclerosis. There have been only few researches on its chemical components, and no detailed report has appeared fatty acids. To develop simple effective method the extraction of total acids from Soxhlet (SE) condition was optimized with response surface methodology. The acid composition extract were determined by GC-MS previous derivatization to methyl esters (FAMEs). major in Mats. oleic acid, palmitic linoleic palmitoleic stearic unsaturated occupy 63.9%
