摘要: Computational vaccinology or vaccine informatics is an interdisciplinary field that addresses scientific and clinical questions in using computational approaches. overlaps with many other fields such as immunoinformatics, reverse vaccinology, postlicensure research, vaccinomics, literature mining, systems vaccinology. The second ISV Pre-conference Vaccinology Workshop (ICoVax 2012) was held on October 13, 2013 Shanghai, China. A number of topics were presented the workshop, including allergen predictions, prediction linear T cell epitopes functional conformational epitopes, protein-ligand binding regions, design case studies Although a significant progress has been made to date, challenges still exist field. This Editorial provides list major for future identifies developing themes will expand evolve over next few years.
