摘要: Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory arthropathy associated with psoriasis. Psoriasis (PsO) chronic, skin disease, characterized by hyperproliferation and aberrant differentiation of keratinocytes. PsA PsO can be considered as unique disease are immune-mediated diseases both innate adaptive immunity play role in their pathogenesis. Initially, were thought to Th1-mediated diseases, however, the last years, several studies have shown interleukin 17 (IL-17) Th17 cells pathogenesis PsO. been detected dermal infiltrates psoriatic lesions well synovial fluid. Interleukin (IL)-23, produced antigen presenting (APC), especially dendritic (DC), key regulator cytokine for IL-17 production. In this review we discuss IL-23 therapeutic targets treatment.
