摘要: Abstract Cumulative installed PV wattage in Thailand since the 1980s was over 30 MW. A typical module would have a structure of glass–EVA–cell–EVA–tedlar back-sheet. During hot season, temperature can be 40 °C coupled with humidity 90% monsoon season. Apparent physical deteriorations modules under long term field-exposure been observed. In this paper, we report results visual 39 x-Si more than 15 years operation. We compare these insulation measurement based on IEC 61215 Standard. It is found that even severe delamination top EVA sheet from cells, resistance all degraded still within limit prescribed standard, which 102.67 MΩ m2 for area 0.3949 m2. further note degradation resulting large decrease peeling tedlar back-sheet and edge sealant.
