摘要: In the Information Society, being well informed is a basic necessity. News agencies, journals, newspapers, and other communication media are required to provide fresh, relevant, high quality information their clients. As partners of NEWS (News Engine Web Services) EU IST project we believe that usage Semantic technologies may enable news providers achieve these goals. So working on developing tools bring technology into world professional journalism. part this process, currently an ontology for applications. It integrates current journalistic standards with existing top level ontologies metadata-related standards. chapter describe state ontology, including aspects such as its intended usage, development process architecture.
