摘要: Abstract ORD and CD curves of unsaturated 1,2-isopropylidene-3-acyl- sn -glycerols, 3-acyl- -glycerols triacyl- have been studied. With the exception α,β-unsaturated compounds, rotation effect are similar to saturated analogues. However, clear differences exist between investigated compounds. Optical activity could be measured in triacylglycerols containing oleic acid combination with lauric, palmitic, stearic, elaidic or erucic acid.
