摘要: Triglyceride separation was investigated on a reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column using two different solvent systems. Complete of model compounds differing by methylene groups achieved. Partial or complete also observed in critical pairs; for example, the types triglycerides consisting palmitic and oleic acids. This observation confirmed natural oils (coconut oil, palm kernel oil).
