摘要: Prohibitory traffic signs play an important role in guiding, warning and regulating system. As driving over the speed limit is often major cause of accidents, detecting this group prohibitory may reduce danger. This paper presents approach to at night mode which based on Multi-Scale Retinex Color Restoration Hough Transform. Experiment check strength shows that approximately 96.6% invoked for test were successfully detected. was carried out dark images from different country.
