摘要: Abstract Equilibrium thermodynamics are applied to systems with an excess of point defects calculate the relative stability phases. It is possible model supersaturation levels vacancies and interstitials, such as those found under irradiation. The calculations reveal extent which phase compositional boundaries could shift when one or both in a two system contain defects. Phase boundary shifts Ni-Si, Fe-Ni, Ni-Cr, Fe-Cr examined function number each phase. also that critical temperature sigma fcc-bcc transition Fe-Ni sensitive defect concentrations. These results may apply local irradiation-induced transformations presence solute segregation.
