摘要: The early stages of irradiation induced precipitation γ' in undersaturated Ni-Si alloys containing 2, 4, 6 and 8 at.% solute have been studied samples irradiated by 400 keV protons to doses 0.13 0.25 dpa at a dose rate 2.37 × 10−5 dpa/s over the temperature range 600°C. Despite low used, substantial segregation has observed, as evidenced presence voids many 2 4 % Si, what appears be discontinuously precipitated grain boundaries some 8% Si alloys. Also, we for first time, coherent precipitates highest temperatures. These effects are discussed light recent theories irradiation-induced precipitation.
