摘要: Abstract A transient three-dimensional beam-matter-interaction model was developed to simulate the process dynamics of laser beam melting (LBM) metals in powder bed. The simulations were realized by software OpenFOAM and modified solvers. Based on continuity equation, equation heat conduction Navier-Stokes material interaction is described. Furthermore, volume fluid method used characterize free surfaces multi-phase system. These performed for steel powders. parameters chosen according those applied industrial machines simulation results show good correlation experimental data.
