摘要: Laser sintering of a metal powder mixture that contains two kinds powders with significantly different melting points under moving Gaussian laser beam is investigated numerically. The continuous-wave laser-induced accompanied by shrinkage and resolidification the layer are modeled using temperature-transforming model. liquid flow melted low-melting-point driven capillary gravity forces also included in physical numerical results validated experimental results, detailed parametric study performed. effects heat source intensity, scanning velocity, thickness on depth, configuration affected zone, temperature distribution discussed.
