摘要: We present a signal processing system with virtual instrumentation of MEMS sensor to detect magnetic flux density for biomedical applications. This consists field sensor, electronic components implemented on printed circuit board (PCB), data acquisition (DAQ) card, and instrument. It allows the development semi-portable prototype capacity filter small electromagnetic interference signals through digital processing. The instrument includes an algorithm implement different configurations infinite impulse response (IIR) filters. PCB contains precision amplifier, demodulator, low-pass (LPF) buffer operational amplifier. proposed is used real-time non-invasive monitoring in thoracic cage rats. rat respiratory magnetogram displays similar behavior as electromyogram (EMG).
