摘要: The topic of insurance coverage and justification letters for cancer predisposition testing has been the subject much discussion on National Society Genetic Counselors Cancer Special Interest Group (NSGC Cancer-SIG) listserv. Some counselors have stated that they had difficulty in obtaining their patients, while others indicated would appreciate seeing examples successful letters. purpose this paper is to provide practical guidance writing share success stories area genetic testing.
