摘要: The cube-shaped phase (cube-phase) in an aged Al-Mg-Si alloy including Mg excess has been investigated by energy-filtering transmission electron microscope (EFTEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) to determine its chemical composition. quantitative compositions of cube-phase and β-phase (Mg2Si) were determined from EELS elemental maps. These data also good agreement their EDS data. contained higher content than the equilibrium (Mg2Si), although they had same crystal lattice fcc, as reported some previous researchers.
