摘要: Abstract Uniformly distributed single- and double-sided zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocomb structures have been prepared by a vapor–liquid–solid technique from mixture of ZnO nanoparticles graphene nanoplatelets. The seed were synthesized via simple precipitation method. structure the nanocombs could easily be controlled tuning carrier-gas flow rate during growth. Higher resulted in formation uniformly-distributed single-sided comb with nanonail-shaped teeth, as result self-catalysis effect catalytically active Zn-terminated polar (0001) surface. Lower gas was favorable for production two sets teeth at an angle ~110° to each other along ribbon, which attributed bicrystal ribbon. such has not previously reported.
