摘要: The multiploid mutant of durum wheat is a genotype that produces unreduced gametes. Our objective was to test the recovery pentaploid hybrids in crosses with rye and Triticum monococcum L. Compared check crosses, had two-third reduction percent seed set for but only slight decrease crossability T. monococcum. Pentaploid were associated plump seeds mutant/rye cross, shrivelled mutant/T. cross. We suggest endosperm balance number hypothesis explains association type. This made easy from both species. Mature, cross germinated recovered. One hybrid recovered every 50.5 15.1 florets pollinated monococcum, respectively. Unreduced gametes will facilitate interspecific hybridization by reducing time produce plants.
