摘要: Aim To investigate the protective effect and its mechanism of lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) against oxidative stress-induced apoptosis in human retinal pigment epithelial cells. Methods ARPE-19 cells, a cell lines, were exposed to different concentrations H2O2 for 24h, then viability was measured by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay get properly concentration which can induce half APRE-19. With LBP pretreatment, cells appropriate H2O2, detected flow cytometric analysis. Expression levels Bcl-2 Bax real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique. Rsults significantly reduced H2O2-induced cells' apoptosis. inhibited down-regulation up-regulation Bax. Conclusion could protect from The family had relationship with effects LBP.
