摘要: This Working Paper provides a qualitative assessment of one Europe 2020's flagship initiatives: the 'European Platform against Poverty and Social Exclusion' (EPAP). The paper argues that transformed EPAP has potential to provide strong added value for EU's toolbox in fight poverty. Rather than throwing out baby with bathwater, mid-term review 2020 Strategy should be used as window opportunity revamp this tool by addressing its weaknesses. authors propose three complementary scenarios boosting, step step, effectiveness Platform.
