摘要: Betanodavirus is the causative agent of viral nervous necrosis (VNN) or encephalopathy and retinopathy disease in marine fish. This responsible for most mass mortalities that occurred fish hatcheries Malaysia. The genome this virus consists two positive-sense RNA molecules which are RNA1 RNA2. molecule contains RdRp gene encodes RNA-dependent polymerase RNA2 Cp coat protein. In study, total RNAs were extracted from 32 specimens representing four cultured species collected different aquaculture farms was successfully amplified using three pairs overlapping PCR primers whereas a pair primers. nucleotide analysis revealed Malaysia 94.5-99.7% similar to RGNNV genotype, 79.8-82.1% SJNNV 81.5-82.4% BFNNV genotype 79.8-80.7% TPNNV genotype. However, they showed lower similarities FHV (9.4-14.2%) BBV (7.2-15.7%), respectively. Similarly, viruses high similarity (95.9-99.8%), (72.2-77.4%), (80.9-83.5%), (77.2-78.1%) TNV (75.1-76.5%). as gene, protein highly dissimilar (3.0%) (2.6-4.1%), Based on analysis, infecting belong phylogenetic genes can be further divided into nine sub-groups. has been expected since various origins
