摘要: Publisher Summary Detection of isolated congenital heart block (CHB) in the latter half 2nd trimester predicts with high certainty, presence maternal autoantibodies to intracellular ribonucleoproteins SSA/Ro and SSB/La. CHB is considered a passively acquired autoimmune disease, which cross placenta injure an otherwise normally developing heart. Other neonatal abnormalities, including cutaneous manifestations, cholestasis, cytopenias, are also associated anti-SSA/Ro–SSB/La antibodies fetal circulation now grouped under heading lupus (NL) syndromes. This term, derived from resemblance rash subacute systemic erythematosus (SLE) adults, clearly misnomer, as newborn does not have disease mother completely asymptomatic. The noncardiac manifestations NL generally transient, resolving at about 6 months life coincident disappearance circulation. To date, however, complete irreversible. relative rarity autoimmune-associated has posed challenge clinical epidemiologic researchers.
