摘要: Neonatal lupus is characterized by typical clinical features and the presence of maternal autoantibodies. Mothers can have systemic erythematosus (SLE) or Sjogren's syndrome, but are commonly not affected with any disease. The major manifestations in infants cardiac, dermatological hepatic rare instances hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia neutropenia. We describe an infant born to a mother anti-Ro anti-La, who had neutropenia mildly abnormal liver functions without other neonatal such as cardiac manifestations. Neutropenia improved antibody was metabolized. Antibodies from both bound intact neutrophils, this binding inhibited 60 kDa Ro. These data imply may be isolated manifestation lupus. studied antibodies 2 mothers gave birth complete congenital heart block Their sera also neutrophils. Because healthy do undergo blood counts, incidence among anti-Ro-positive much higher than previously recognized. Furthermore, although factors contribute, these suggest that anti-60 Ro directly involved pathogenesis
