摘要: AbstractFluidized bed coating with ethyl cellulose., polyethylene glycol mixtures has been utilized for prolongation of drug release from granules containing salicylic acid and caffeine as model drugs. Drug the coated followed first order kinetics.Particle size active material, granule composition extraction medium pH did not affect rate kinetics release. Increase in coat thickness decreased whereas elevation ratio to cellulose enhanced a degree related concentration. The permeability constants cellulose-polyethylene coatings were similar those measured previously using solutions drugs planar barrier films.
