摘要: Aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that inhibit COX-1 induce unique nonallergic reactions, consisting of attacks rhinitis asthma. These hypersensitivity reactions occur in a subset asthmatic subjects, thus identifying them as having this exclusive clinical presentation. We refer to these patients aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease, disease process produces devastating eosinophilic inflammation both the upper lower tracts. This review focuses on description with methods available diagnose their condition, ability all cross-react aspirin, an update pathogenesis, current thoughts about treatment.
