摘要: Fourteen cultivars and clones, mainly selected from the island of Sardinia (Italy) grown in a collection field, showed significant quantitative differences phenolic potential. An extraction method designed to reproduce winemaking process was used determine amounts extractable polyphenols, anthocyanins, catechins proanthocyanidins reactive vanillin, grape skins seeds. The Sardinian cultivar Nieddera Spanish Graciano had highest concentrations vanillin. Four clones Cannonau (synonym Grenache) exhibited fairly high variability, with berry seed contents.
