摘要: Eno-carpological traits were evaluated in twenty one colored and fifteen white Georgian autochthonous grapevine varieties grown the Skra Germplasm Repository, during two years (2012 2013). Mostly of studied accessions minor originated from various provinces. The spectrophotometric method proposed framework COST action FA1003 has been adopted for total anthocyanin polyphenol analyses skin seed extracts. obtained results showed that content phenolic compounds as well other eno-carpological parameters varies greatly according to variety. In general, phenol contents ranged 546.7 2818.4 mg∙kg-1 grape, anthocyanins varied 49.5 2826.6 mg∙kg-1 grape. highest phenolics was found variety 'Saperavi Budeshuriseburi'.
