摘要: Several strains of a new aflatoxigenic species Aspergillus, A. korhogoensis, were isolated in the course screening study involving from section Flavi found contaminating peanuts (Arachis hypogaea) and peanut paste Cote d'Ivoire. Based on examination four isolates, this is described using polyphasic approach. A concatenated alignment comprised nine genes (ITS, benA, cmdA, mcm7, amdS, rpb1, preB, ppgA, preA) was subjected to phylogenetic analysis, resulted all being inferred as distinct clade. Characterization mating type for each strain revealed korhogoensis heterothallic species, since three isolates exhibited singular MAT1-1 locus one isolate MAT1-2 locus. Morphological physiological characterizations also performed based their growth various types media. Their respective extrolite profiles characterized LC/HRMS, showed that capable producing B- G-aflatoxins, aspergillic acid, cyclopiazonic aflavarins, asparasones, well other metabolites. Altogether, our results confirm monophyly strengthen its position flavus clade, sister taxon parvisclerotigenus.
