摘要: Low concentrations of lead, mercury, or cadmium depress the amplitude rod receptor potential in perfused bullfrog retina. Responses from cones were not affected. The data implicate rods as a lesion site animals exhibiting scotopic vision deficits result heavy metal poisoning.
