摘要: Inflammation and tumors have been demonstrated to several common characteristics in their microenvironments. Extracellular acidosis is frequently associated both with inflammation area tumor growth. Measurements of pH peripheral tissues during the development shown extracellular values as low 5.5–7.0 while normal are usually maintained at 7.4-7.5 mainly via pulmonary respiration kidney perfusion protons (Edlow & Sheldon, 1971). Similary, central regions decreases below 6.7 a consequence lactate accumulation derived from lack sufficient vascularization or an increase specific glycolysis under aerobic conditions combined impaired mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation (Simmen, 1993; Vaupel, 1989; Warburg, 1956). These declines affect cellular tissue functions because features determined by variety enzymatic proteins, all activities each optimal pH. We previously reported that alter signal transductions. (1) The phosphorylations proteins were upregulated leukemia cells (Fukamachi et al., 2001; Hirara 2008). (2) CTIB, Ikappa B beta variant, regulates survival gene expression exclusively acidic environments Chinese Hamster Ovary (Lao 2005, 2006). Furthermore, expressions related malignancy cell lines (Rofstad different dependent on provided us perspective inhibitory effect anti-tumor drugs molecular targeted inhibitors would vary tumor-specific pH, medicines, which medical properties especially conditions, lead curative therapies for cancers.
