Calculation of the time to lane crossing and analysis of its frequency distribution

摘要: This paper presents an algorithm to calculate time lane crossing (TLC). Several factors which may affect the accuracy of TLC are investigated, among which, vehicle vibration, external disturbances acting on a vehicle, and state measurement errors found be most significant. Finally, bandwidth for typical highway driving is studied; 2.5 Hz identified.
