摘要: Abstract In this work, five organotins and pyrethroids pesticides were tested to examine their effects on the three cyanobacteria Anabaena flos-aquae, Microcystis Mirocystis aeruginosa green algae Selenastrum capricornutun, Scenedesmus quadricauda, obliqnus, Chlorella vulgaris, pyrenoidosa through 96 h acute toxicity tests. The results indicated that: (1) decreasing order of average dissimilar was: fentin hydroxide>cyhexatin>azocyclotin>fenbutatin oxide>beta-cyfluthrin. (2) Wide variations occurred in response among eight individual species algae. sensitivity various exposed fenbutatin-oxide varied over one magnitude, cyhexatin/fentin-hydroxide/beta-cyfluthrin two orders magnitude azocyclotin magnitude. (3) contrast with algae, much less sensitive beta-cyfluthrin than pollutants may result a shift algal cyanobacterial group structure, especially from dominance by cyanobacteria, sustain cyanobcterial blooms during special period. Thus, aquatic ecological risk beta-cyfluthrin>fentin oxide. There was strong variance between risk, i.e. “low toxicity” does not automatically imply risk”. lower that pesticides, whereas higher pesticides.
