摘要: Residual stresses (RSes) induced by turning processes have a great effect on the material properties of machined components and their abilities to withstand severe loading conditions (creep, fatigue, stress corrosion cracking). The final state RSes in workpiece depends its employed cutting parameters/conditions such as speed, depth cut, feed tool geometry, wear tool, coating, cooling. This study introduces comprehensive investigation effects different parameters, speed (30, 60, 90 m/min), (0.05, 0.1, 0.3 mm/rev), cut (0.1, 0.5, 1 mm) well geometry nose radius (0.397, 0.794, 1.191 mm), coating (coated uncoated) force, maximum temperature, surface microstructure, residual during AISI 1035 alloy steel. were measured using X-ray diffraction technique. experiments designed Taguchi method based L18 orthogonal array, significance level parameters been determined via applying analysis variance. Numerical simulations carried out commercial machining software AdvantEdge.
