摘要: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence cutting parameters high-speed machining milling on characteristics surface integrity hardened AISI H13 steel. High-speed has been used intensively in mold and dies industry. as input variables were speed (v c), depth cut (a p), working engagement e) feed per tooth (f z ), while output three-dimensional (3D) workpiece roughness parameters, cross section microhardness, residual stress white layer thickness. subsurface layers examined by scanning electron optical microscopy. Cross hardness was measured with an instrumented microhardness tester. Residual X-ray diffraction method. From a statistical standpoint (the main effects evaluated analysis variance), parameter that exerted strongest effect most 3D parameters. Feed ) important cavity formation. Cutting c) p) did not significantly affect showed stress, formation increase hardness.
