摘要: The histochemistry of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) and immunoreactivity neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS-IR) can be demonstrated in various cell types the vertebrate retina. In this study, we have focused on characterizing different NADPH-d-positive amacrine turtle Cryostat sections were examined by confocal laser scanning microscopy for double immunofluorescence with antibodies against nNOS either GABA or glycine, combining immunocytochemistry to obtain triple labeling NADPH-d, GABA, glycine. Forty-eight percent NADPH-d-labeled cells colocalized 52% Here show that two morphologically are nNOS/glycine-IR three nNOS/GABA-IR. Antibodies calretinin, parvalbumin, somatostatin, tyrosine hydroxylase, choline acetyltransferase did not colocalize nNOS-IR cells, but 15% NOS-labeled showed calbindin. Only has been seen NADPH-d previous reports other species. finding here glycine colocalizing NO-containing is novel. We suggest NO, apart from its well known function gap junction regulation, also modulate release both
