摘要: This document builds on the Bern Background Document, which was used to facilitate discussion about following emission trends by means of measurement data at UN/ECE Ammonia Expert Group meeting in (Switzerland) 2000. It is now 6 years since Workshop and major new datasets European NH3 NH4 + monitoring their relationship estimated emissions have become available for countries: United Kingdom, Germany, 2Hungary, Switzerland, DenmarkThe Netherlands, North Carolina, Slovak Republic, Norway Croatia. Based these our current scientific understanding different issues are updated. In particular, input will be given questions like: there still an "Ammonia Gap" does such a gap exist other countries, can we confident effectiveness ammonia mitigation policies how best address relationships between deposition using atmospheric modelling improved activities
