摘要: After inflammation is initiated by detection of antigen, plasma components and activated leukocytes are concentrated at the inflammatory site. Cellular chemical effectors focused on offending usually resulting in its destruction elimination. Activation endogenous counter-regulatory systems damps down process first stage repair. In addition to local effects, focus may initiate a continuum systemic acute phase responses ranging from response syndrome (SIRS) generalized immunosuppression.
