摘要: Abstract This paper reports the dry sliding wear behaviour of AA7075 aluminium/SiC p composites fabricated by powder metallurgy technique. Five factors, five levels, central composite, rotable design matrix is used to optimize required number experiments. The test has been conducted in a pin-on-roller testing machine, under constant distance 1 km. An attempt made develop mathematical model response surface method (RSM). Analysis variance (ANOVA) technique applied check validity developed model. Student's t -test utilised find out significance factors. effects volume percentage reinforcement, particle size load, speed and hardness counter part materials on have analysed detail.
