摘要: Non-adherence to immunosuppressant medications (ISM) is a significant issue for transplant recipients. This study examines factors influencing ISM adherence in renal recipients (RTRs). Patient-reported data were collected through cross-sectional survey including use of ISMs, behaviors, perceived barriers, beliefs and attitudes toward patient life satisfaction. Logistic regression was conducted examine how RTRs' about satisfaction, barriers related adherence. A total 512 adult commercial insurance enrollees following transplantation included the analysis. One hundred seventy-seven RTRs non-adherent (34.5%); most frequently cited reason forgetfulness. aged 18-29 yr more likely be than 46-64 old (p ≤ 0.001). Non-adherent had greater adherent < Adherent believed their ISMs necessary 0.001), while concerns taking = 0.009) they less control over lives lower satisfaction significantly associated with patients' Strategies increase are discussed.
