摘要: Housing construction plays an important role in the development of state regions (counties) Lithuania. Depending on level economic particular regions, housing directly affects and forms their social environment. Qualitative evaluation this relationship requires integration all criteria describing both quantitatively qualitatively into a single criterion (or indicator). This may be achieved by using multicriteria methods.
