摘要: Baugh, C. L. (Fort Detrick, Frederick, Md.), J. W. Lanham, and M. Surgalla. Effects of bicarbonate on growth Pasteurella pestis. II. Carbon dioxide fixation into oxalacetate by cell-free extracts. Bacteriol. 88:553–558. 1964.—Enzyme preparations from pestis will carboxylate phosphoenolpyruvate to form two distinct reactions. The reactions are similar those catalyzed the enzymes, phosphoenolpyruvic carboxylase carboxykinase. No significant differences in enzyme characteristics or content were found when virulent cells compared with avirulent under conditions our experiments. carboxykinase P. differs that animal origin, because it is dependent upon adenine derivatives rather than inosine guanosine nucleotides. latter nucleotides can act indirectly way adenosine nucleotides, nucleoside diphosphokinase myokinase present extract.
