摘要: Abstract Electron Tunneling Measurements have been carried out on high T c superconductor YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ at temperatures between 4.2K and 110K. By analyzing the experimental data following results are obtained. The values of 2Δ/kT low 3∼4 close to that expected from BCS theory. temperature variation energy gap also seems be consistent with
