Far-infrared measurement of the energy gap of La1.8Sr0.2CuO4.

摘要: We report the far-infrared transmission of high-T/sub c/ superconductor La/sub 1.8/Sr/sub 0.2/CuO/sub 4/ at temperatures above and below T/sub for magnetic fields up to 10 T. At 7 K our data is best described by a distribution superconducting energy gaps with representative value about 50 cm/sup -2/ (i.e., 72 K).
