摘要: Summary Low energy helium-neon (He-Ne) laser irradiation has been shown to induce various therapeutic effects. We investigated its effect on the viability of skin flaps in rat. Thirty rats underwent flap elevation and were then divided into three equal groups. Group I (control) was not irradiated. Groups II III irradiated for 5 days postoperatively, transition zone (between live expected necrotic areas) transitional distal zones; total energy, 2.9 J/cm 2 each Ten after last treatment larger surviving areas demonstrated macroscopically ( P ≦0.05) fibroblasts responsive areas. In conclusion, postoperative low-energy (2.9 ) He-Ne ischaemic rat can enlarge area. Irradiation whole seems be superior irradiating alone.
