摘要: In the present study porcine skin and bovine pericardium were used as a source of type I collagen. Both submitted to an alkaline treatment mineralized by alternate soaking method. Thermal stability extent mineralization have been investigated using DSC TG. After hydrolysis there is decrease in thermal but stabilizes collagen structure. Thermogravimetric data shown that amount hydroxyapatite matrix (45%) was greater than on (20%). Presence confirmed EDX.
