摘要: Immobilization of hepatocytes in microcapsules has been a potentially alternative methodology for bioartificial livers (BALs). Moreover, the stability and permeability are key parameters these microcapsules. However, alginate-based unstable if surrounding medium disrupts ionic interactions between alginate polycation. As hundreds components included human plasma, plasma need to be sufficiently investigated. In present study, three kinds was evaluated when they were immersed plasma. Our results showed that alginate--poly (l-lysine)-alginate (-APA) well maintained, better than those alginate-epsilon-poly (epsilon-APA) alginate-chitosan-alginate (ACA) Also, factors affecting analyzed it heparin factor affected -APA microcapsules, whereas low molecular electrolytes such as HCO3- H2PO4-/HPO42- epsilon-APA ACA addition, evaluation no decrease after incubation study might provide foundation selection modification materials microcapsule-based BAL devices.
