摘要: The exclusion limit expressed as the largest pore size of capsules composed hydrogel Ca-alginate membrane and hydroxy-propyl-ammonium starch liquid core considered immunoprotective system has been determined by means inverse chromatography with dextran molecular weight standards. limits were not influenced change concentration in solution from 4 to 6% but alginate 0.5 1.0%, causing membranes be less permeable. It was found that diameter pores range 7.2-8.0 nm. Based on relationship between solute its weight, had an approximate 21-25 kD for 78-103 protein, which is sufficient block antibodies penetrating through membrane.
