摘要: This article represents the effects on actin filaments attached to magnetic nanoparticles when exposed low-intensity field. In this approach, streptavidin functionalized were used demonstrate alignment of filament under external field 22 mT. To check directionality myosin magnetically aligned in vitro motility assay was performed with and average velocity found be 3.50 μm/s. It observed that moves direction which aligned. approach will explore capability integrating molecular motor into microelectronics mechanical system (MEMS) nanoelectro-mechanical (NEMS).
