摘要: In this manuscript, a new strategy has been reported for circumscribed covalent attachment of barbed and pointed ends actin filaments to polystyrene beads. A comparative study beads was performed by blocking functionally active sites on with nonionic detergents such as Tween 20, 80 polyethylene glycol (PEG). Effective obtained at 0.1% concentration. Attachment single bundle filament bead assessed rotational motion tailed in front lateral view. Velocity attached different size in-vitro motility assay calculated ascertain their attachments. 1.0 3.0 microm reduced 3.0-4.0 0.0-1.0 microm/s, respectively compared free velocity 4.0-6.0 microm/s. Single point decrease sliding velocity. Present provides insight into the actin-myosin based molecular motor systems drug delivery biosensors applications.
